Some mornings,
I wake up and feel like a Muppet.
Does that happen to you?
Wild hair, someone else’s vocal chords, not quite in control of your own limbs, mouth, or brain waves?
MEDITATE!!!!

MEDICATE!!!!
Same thing.
My particular Muppet character would have bright red dread-locked hair, baby-blue skin, a very triangular nose, comically over-sized ears, and would always be depicted sitting at a bar that serves nothing but exotic smoothies. Smoothies blended up with ingredients like: grass mats, suntan lotion, fresh mint leaves, potato flavored whipped cream, barbie doll shoes, super duper soft bubble gum, and essential oil of orange tree bark.
I think I need to finish my coffee and get on with my day….

On another, totally unrelated note: Many of you know and love Paul Honeycutt and have probably heard of his very intense, arduous and scary medical ordeals of late.
