| Beloved Friends, With great gratitude for our community, the ways we support each other, hold each other’s hearts, and help ease the burdens of life… I’m just home from a week in Mexico with my precious family…and I’m coming home to the news that my Grandma Connie (my mom’s mom) has died. I will be driving my mom across the midwest plains to be there for the funeral, which will happen on Wednesday. That means I need to cancel the New Year’s Eve chant. I’m very sorry for those of you who were looking forward to singing in the new year with me. I trust you’ll find sacred, intentional, beautiful ways to mark the transition. Also, no Githas class on Thursday as I’ll probably be driving home. If you are interested in joining Spiritual Direction group in the new year, please let me know.
